Craft user journeys that bridge Zoom with external platforms in elegant and scalable ways.</p></li><li><p>Going beyond the “what” to deeply understand and communicate the “why” behind the solutions you propose. Ensure integration experiences align with customer needs, business priorities, and partner ecosystem capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive experiences. Act as a design advocate and strategic partner across disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Helping shape the vision and standards for integration design. Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that create consistency across multiple integrations while respecting ecosystem-specific constraints.</p></li><li><p>Owning design execution with confidence in Figma—delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 6+ yrs in product design and a robust portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered interaction design.</p></li><li><p>Have experience designing third-party integrations and ecosystems, with a systems mindset to balance platform constraints, consistency, and flexibility across integration points.</p></li><li><p>Be skilled at managing complex cross-functional projects across timezones, building alignment, and influencing stakeholders through clear, thoughtful communication.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for crafting polished experiences.</p></li><li><p>Have proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design and prototyping.</p></li><li><p>Have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$98 900,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$228 700,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
