In this role, you will independently own significant product areas, leading the end-to-end design process while mentoring other designers both in the US and China. If youre excited about designing communication and AI at scale - this might be it.</p><p></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Designing at Scale - Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of Zoom Phone. Own the design strategy and execution end-to-end with emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals</p></li><li><p>Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence across surfaces</p></li><li><p>Driving high-quality design, while collaborating closely with design leadership to bring clarity and consistency across projects, and ensure design decisions align with the broader vision.</p></li><li><p>Setting and upholding a high bar for visual and interaction design quality.
