If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>What you’ll do</b></h2></div><div><p>• Take the initiative to improve and create processes in the team as well as interaction with other teams/departments</p><p>• Lead the design/development of complex custom solutions</p><p>• Execution of infrastructure deployments for CI/CD pipelines</p><p>• Maintaining the performance and security of systems through the DevOps toolkit</p><p>• Establish and leads the constant evolution towards Infrastructure as a Code (IaC), through automation of scripts and specific tools/software</p><p>• Carrying out the assessment of infrastructure requirements, design and the creation of environments using containers or virtualization in public or private Cloud</p><p>• Using Jira for managing, taking over and solving tasks</p><p>• Using Confluence and Git to document projects and procedures</p><p>• Ensuring connectivity between the public and private Cloud/On Prem</p><p>• Lead the necessary scale up and scale down activities to achieve the balance between the needs of the applications and the capacity of the infrastructure</p><p>• Development of infrastructure monitoring and mechanisms for automating alerts</p><p>• Takes the initiative for the development and maintenance of application monitoring through APIs, log parsers</p><p>• Development and maintenance of dashboards designed for performance monitorin</p><p>• On-call activities for incidents</p><p>• Application of Security policies according to Vodafone standards and best practices</p><p>• Interacts with external partners to identify the best solutions</p><p>• Acquire and respect the Internal Regulation, internal policies and procedures, Vodafone Groups Code of Conduct, Policy Compliance in Vodafone policy - an integral part of the Internal Regulation</p><p>• At the request of the hierarchical superior, performs other tasks, which are directly related to the main responsibilities detailed above</p><p>• Participate in all mandatory internal courses communicated by the Employer and all professional training programs/courses established and communicated by the Employer</p><p>• Establish, together with the direct manager, individual and/or group objectives, both professional and personal development, and inserts them into the Employers specific online system.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Who you are</b></h2></div><div><p>• Linux fundamentals (LAMP, networking, standard services)</p><p>• Scripting (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)</p><p>• Container management and orchestration through Docker, Kubernetes</p><p>• Implementation tools: Terraform, Chef, Ansible</p><p>• Understanding of web application architectures and standard knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx)</p><p>• Performance monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, APM</p><p>• Understanding CI/CD pipelines and microservices concepts</p><p>• Public Cloud skills</p><p>• The security of the concepts and practices of maintenance of infrastructure environments.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2></div><div><p>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
