Join us today and experience Life at Visa.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Visa U.S.A, Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Austin, Texas to</p><ul><li>Supervise Security Governance activities related to PPT.</li><li>Develop and sustain the PPT Security Summary Dashboard and PPT Scorecard under the guidance of senior engineers.</li><li>Assist in creating and disseminating reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) as required to management and executive management.</li><li>Participate in Security Exception reconciliation meetings with Cybersecurity Assurance, providing support as needed.</li><li>Aid in coordinating the scheduling and execution of security tests, including CheckMarx, BlackDuck, and PEN tests.</li><li>Disseminate test results to project teams in a timely or automated manner.</li><li>Export test results to Cybersecurity Assurance for tracking.</li><li>Support the reconciliation of finding statuses with Cybersecurity Assurance.</li><li>Participate in remediation discussions and provide remedial support.</li><li>Escalate issues to TLT/Audit Coordinator as required.</li><li>Help the TLT/Audit Coordinator and project teams in drafting exceptions.</li><li>Conduct reviews of current environment controls to identify possible weaknesses that could result in audit findings.</li><li>Support the TLT/Audit Coordinator in decision-making regarding what artifacts should be provided to audit and how processes and procedures should be communicated.</li><li>Assist in managing open audit findings, including holding regular status meetings to provide updates on remediation, and identifying audit findings at risk of not meeting documented Target Dates for remediation.</li><li>Interface with varying levels within the organization, including Directors and Executive Management under the guidance of senior engineers.</li><li>Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Security Engineer – related occupation.</li><li>Position requires experience in the following:<ul><li>Security Governance theories and principles;</li><li>Security testing tools such as CheckMarx, BlackDuck, and PEN;</li><li>Dashboard and Scorecard Development;</li><li>Data Analysis;</li><li>Risk Assessment;</li><li>Project Coordination skills;</li><li>Audit Management.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><u>Worksite:</u></strong><strong> </strong>Austin, Texas  </p><p>This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
