Join us today and experience Life at Visa.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Bellevue, Washington to:</p><ul><li>Design code and systems that touch 40% of the world population while influencing Visa’s internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.</li><li>Collaborate multi-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple Visa technical offerings.</li><li>Actively contribute to product quality improvements, valuable service technology, and new business flows in diverse agile squads</li><li>Develop robust and scalable products intended for a myriad of customers including end-user merchants, b2b, and business to government solutions.</li><li>Leverage innovative technologies to build the next generation of Payment Services, Transaction Platforms, Real-Time Payments, and Buy Now Pay Later Technology.</li><li>Support relationship with product owners to gather and refine requirements for one product task, adding and taking into account existing tools and solutions within a product.</li><li>Develop and design architect solutions, considering integrations with other solutions.</li><li>Provide relevant knowledge on the development of user documentation of solutions and follow standard processes in user documentation.</li><li>Play a minor role in the development and delivery of new features within a product.</li><li>Identify and advance bugs that threaten website functionality.</li><li>Position reports to the Bellevue, Washington office and may allow for partial telecommuting.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation.</li><li>Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation.</li><li>Position requires experience in the following:<ul><li>Development language, including Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript;</li><li>Building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality and scalability;</li><li>Collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile or Scrum teams to design, develop, and deliver software features while ensuring alignment on requirements, quality testing, deployment processes, and overall project goals within an agile framework;</li><li>Utilizing React library to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web applications;</li><li>Configuring and integrating with RAG system to improve information retrieval and response accuracy within applications;</li><li>Expert in cloud computing and developing application with serverless architecture.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><u>Worksite:</u></strong><strong> </strong>Bellevue, Washington<strong><u> </u></strong></p><p>This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
