Our clinical staff play a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve and achieve their health goals. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of clinical candidates. The majority of hiring will be for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b><span>This is a temporary part-time or full-time position starting at 6 months. Possibility of extensions/conversion. </span></b></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Source and attract candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc.</li><li>Build and manage robust pipeline of clinical candidates such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians.</li><li>Review and assess applications/profiles to ensure job qualifications are met.</li><li>Effectively screen candidates to ensure strong interview to hire ratio.</li><li>Act as a direct point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process.</li><li>Present and manage candidate offers.</li><li>Work directly with Director of Talent to ensure hiring needs are being met.</li><li>Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically recruiting multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners across all 50 states.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.</li><li>Experience with high-volume hiring needs- embraces the challenge and is a go-getter!</li><li>Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume environment.</li><li>Experience scheduling your own candidate screens.</li><li>Experience “closing down” candidates.</li><li>Savvy with platforms such as Lever &amp; Indeed.</li><li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- <b>Lever</b> preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong influencing and decision-making skills.</li></ul><div><i>Vida is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>Diversity is more than a commitment at Vida—it is the foundation of what we do.
