Veeva’s Vault </span><a href="https://www.veeva.com/products/development-cloud/">Development Cloud</a><span> helps organizations eliminate silos and transforms business processes across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety with greater efficiency and compliance.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Lead Consultants within our practice will be responsible for leading a team of Veeva colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for a customer’s Veeva Vault products. You’ll oversee implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to partner and build relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, and strategic customers.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing, role with occasional travel requirements.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead IT Operations at our customers for Veeva’s R&amp;D SaaS solutions</li><li>Function as a Primary customer liaison managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties</li><li>Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting</li><li>Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps</li><li>Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success and continuous improvement of the customer</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management</li><li>Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor</li><li>Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment</li><li>Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles</li><li>Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces</li><li>Experience with Data or Content Management applications</li><li>Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, BioClinica, IMPACT, Siebel CTMS, Wingspan eTMF, InForm EDC, RAVE, docuBridge, Global Register, goBalto</li><li>PMP certification</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
