We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.What will you do ✍️<ul> <li>Lead and grow the technology part of the business</li> <li>Work alongside top management of the company to shape strategy, culture and roadmap for the whole organisation</li> <li>Drive innovation in the company, develop new products and make existing ones 10x better</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation, ownership and execution</li> <li>Champion best practices in software development, testing, deployment, and incident response.</li> <li>Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to analyse team output and product impact.</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across all engineering activities.</li> </ul>Who you are 👀<ul> <li>Proven leader with 10+ years of engineering experience, including significant time in a senior management or executive role within fintech or technology-driven environments.</li> <li>Can demonstrate impact on technology, product and culture of the organisation</li> <li>Deep technical expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.</li> <li>Previous experience in building product companies</li> <li>Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable engineering plans.</li> <li>Experienced in scaling engineering teams while maintaining culture and operational discipline.</li> <li>Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across multiple functions and with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Passionate about technology innovation, continuous learning, and empowering teams to do their best work.</li> <li>Results-oriented with a focus on delivering customer value and driving measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security considerations in financial services technology is a plus.</li> </ul>
