We’re now looking for a Vice President of Engineering to help us deliver at scale and lead our engineering function into the next stage of growth. The Role As VP of Engineering, you will partner closely with the Chief Product Officer / Co-founder to drive execution across our platform roadmap. You’ll lead the day-to-day engineering function—managing team development, sprint delivery, technical standards, and scaling processes to support a multi-vertical product business. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who knows how to ship fast, scale teams, and create structure without bureaucracy. You will play a critical role in recruiting, developing, and inspiring a team of world-class engineers.
