JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise and deep technical acumen, specializing in Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service, to join our high-performing Salesforce team.

We’re seeking a metrics-driven innovator who operates at the intersection of technical excellence and business enablement—someone who codes with purpose, collaborates with impact, and leads with intention.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: (% TIME)

  • Design, develop, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions across Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Service, building custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript. , aligning with business priorities and user experience standards.     50%
  • Architect scalable designs in collaboration with technical leads and enterprise architects, ensuring alignment with coding standards and governance models.    15%
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code in a high-volume, performance-driven Salesforce environment.     15%
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to clear, thorough documentation—capturing architectural decisions, logic flows, and platform usage to support maintainability and cross-functional transparency.     5%
  • Mentor junior developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing.    5%
  • Continuously evaluate emerging Salesforce features, tools, and releases to proactively recommend and implement innovations that advance platform maturity, enhance architecture, and maximize business value    10%

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Required/Preferred:     

  • Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Other Qualification Details:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II - Required 
  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I - Required
  • Agentforce Specialist - Required
  • Salesforce Application and/or System Architect - Preferred
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado) - Preferred
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence - Preferred
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica - Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Experience Details Required/Preferred     
  • 6+ Years Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advanced Apex/LWC/Visualforce development - Required    

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, JavaScript, and data modeling. 
  • Demonstrated success working with Agentforce and understanding of its product capabilities and architecture
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow, and Next Best Action for intelligent process automation.
  • Experience managing and refactoring large, complex codebases with a focus on reducing technical debt and improving performance. 
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce integration patterns, platform events, and API management. 
  • Understanding of platform observability tools (e.g., Event Monitoring, debug logs, performance analytics). 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including field-level security, Apex secure coding, and compliance alignment. 
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with ownership of full development cycles. 
  • Strategic communicator and collaborative partner with a proactive, solution-driven mindset, committed to resolving challenges and delivering metrics-based business results 
  • Agile mindset and experience working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $98,600.00 to $197,200.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
