You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.  A Brief Overview The Senior Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Analyst is responsible for providing business and financial guidance to TriNets management team through various planning and analysis activities. This role provides budgets, forecasts, and financial reports &amp; analyses for assigned department(s) and/or member(s) of the management team. This role also assists in analyzing strategic endeavors, new business opportunities, customer profitability, long-term forecasting, new product ROI, and other ad hoc projects as required. This is an individual contributor role. What you will do <ul> <li>Act as liaison and provide financial support to assigned departments or members of the leadership team</li> <li>Prepare annual targets and develop updated forecasts based upon ongoing business performance and predictive financial models</li> <li>Report on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of forecast variances, and assist in guidance on future trends</li> <li>Influence strong cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies by leading teams through operational improvement efforts</li> <li>Actively support ongoing improvement of TriNet’s financial, planning and business intelligence systems</li> <li>Analyze cost trends including developing new relevant key performance indicators.</li> <li>Assist with preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials covering KPI’s, service costs, and quarterly projections vs Plan and forecast.</li> <li>Develop expertise in navigating within and improving Tableau and Anaplan applications</li> <li>Support new products and initiatives with business case development.</li> <li>Perform ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as identified by management team</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> <li>Complies with all policies and standards</li> </ul> Education Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance </li> <li>Or equivalent work experience required </li> </ul> Experience Qualifications <ul> <li>Typically 5+ years in financial planning and analysis required </li> <li>Experience in a Public Company preferred </li> </ul> Skills and Abilities <ul> <li>Understanding of PEO business, CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) and CTS (Cost to Serve) concepts and metrics preferred </li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required </li> <li>Anaplan and Tableau experience preferred but not required </li> <li>Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized </li> <li>Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills </li> <li>Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity </li> <li>A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace </li> <li>Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities </li> </ul> Licenses and Certifications <ul> <li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred </li> <li>Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred </li> </ul> Travel Requirements Minimal Work Environment <ul> <li>Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
