You will provide cost partner support internally within the team. There will also be collaboration with Finance teams within Global Technology at Experian. You will report to the FP&amp;A Supervisor.</p><p>Unique selling point of role:</p><ul><li>Work in a dynamic Technology group that has been growing over the years.</li><li>Collaborate with teams across analytics, Workforce planning, Capital forecast and Finance teams in Costa Rica and United States.</li><li>Be part of the unique Global Technology segment.</li><li>This role offers growth opportunities within a growing team.</li></ul><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Partner with Finance Business Partners to help managing forecasts, actuals, and optimizing spend.</li><li>Oversee full P&amp;L MMC (Monday Morning Call) and month-end processes, communicating with several partners including CTO, BU, and CFO.</li><li>Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) processes and Forecast, as well as Balance Sheet controls for Prepayments and Accruals.</li><li>Condense complex information into high-level commentary for executive audiences (CFO, CTO) both in writing and verbally.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related discipline.</li><li>Masters in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or other related Masters degree (ideal).</li><li>Advanced English level.</li><li>4+ years of progressive experience in Finance at a team level, with expert skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience in commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including financial models for forecasting and business scenario evaluation.</li><li>Skills in interpreting financial data from large datasets, verifying accuracy, and highlighting main insights, with experience in business intelligence tools and financial systems (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion preferred).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Benefits/Perks:</li></ul><p>Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.</p><ul><li>This is a fully remote job opportunity. #LI-Remote</li><li>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
