If you love crafting performant systems, powering delightful user experiences, and solving problems across the stack, keep reading. <h1> </h1><h1>What you’ll do</h1>You’ll focus about 60–70% of your time on backend systems, while also pitching in on UI polish and frontend performance where needed. Expect hands-on impact across key areas:<ul><li>Build integrations at scale — Connect with tools like Miro, Figma, Salesforce, Snowflake, and BigQuery to expand our ecosystem and bring more value to our users.</li><li>Power real-time collaboration — Enhance our live editing features using techniques like fractional indexing and conflict-free replicated data types (CRDTs).</li><li>Develop AI-powered experiences — Work on features that surface insights from customer journey data, in partnership with our AI team.</li><li>Support frontend performance — Contribute to our design system and help craft fast, reliable user experiences when backend logic is key.</li><li>Own your work — Plan, prioritize, and ship in our async-first environment with minimal overhead. </li></ul><h2>What we’re looking for</h2><ul><li>Deep experience with Node.js — You’ve built and scaled clean, efficient services for data-rich applications.</li><li>Fluency in Vue.js — You’re comfortable navigating large Vue codebases and building dynamic, performant interfaces.</li><li>Full-stack thinking, backend strength — You love working across the stack but feel most at home designing APIs, optimizing queries, and integrating backend systems.</li><li>API-first mindset — You know your way around GraphQL and have built integrations with tools like Figma, Salesforce, and BigQuery.</li><li>Product-focused engineering — You care deeply about the user problem, not just the code.
