We create tools to allow our customers to build out their policies using our flexible decisioning engine in a way that supports a wide range of use cases, from the simplest ones to the most complex. We build features to help our customers’ employees make human review decisions about how much of a risk their consumer and business accounts pose and then take action on those decisions.</p> <p>For example, when a person applies for a new credit card from a bank that’s a customer of Alloy, Alloy runs the bank’s automated rules which lead to three outcomes: auto-decline xor auto-approve xor human review. In a review, the bank’s employee looks at the automated rules’ results, relevant context (e.g. was there a surge this week in applications with very similar personally identifiable information or was this person’s long-dormant account suddenly receiving hundreds of small transactions), and may also ask the person directly for more info.
