Considered as an asset in a service product, being able to solve a wide variety of complex issues while shifting focus from being reactive to becoming proactive.<ul><li>Effectively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and solutions on the manufacturing site.</li><li>Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site.</li><li>Actively improves, apply, trains and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization.</li><li>Install and configure hardware, computer systems and applications within the company.</li><li>Apply good interpersonal skills to work with senior partners.</li><li>Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and/or networks.</li><li>Engages with vendors as it relates to IT area.</li></ul><h2>Play your part in our team succeeding </h2>In the Global End-User Support organization, we take great pride in demonstrating technologies resulting in an End User Happiness above 96%. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!<h2>Do you have what it takes?</h2>Passion for computer infrastructure, especially virtual environment (network, computers, etc.) and more years of experience is fundamental here. With understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, FTP. Solid grasp of security principles, including encryption, network security and data protection as well. The strong candidate also has advanced knowledge of ITSM tools, filtering, reporting, using dashboards and knowledge of agile framework, and are eager to get things done.As a person, we expect the candidate to have a service approach and to be organized, like to interact with various people and be a problem solver for them. Strive to strength already existing IT fix skills and continuously think about how we succeed as a team. Also, to fit into our outstanding team, the preferred candidate should naturally bring a positive can-do-mindset.To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience with some of the following:<ul><li>Advanced Hardware Fix: Extensive knowledge of computer hardware components, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques for resolving complex hardware issues.</li><li>Operating Systems: Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, with skills in sophisticated configuration and system optimization.</li><li>Software Applications: Familiarity with O365 and its components, capable of crafting simple Low Code/No Code solutions, and understanding key API concepts.</li><li>Networking: In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and other technologies to solve complex network issues.</li><li>ITSM Knowledge: Active understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Security Awareness: Expertise in IT security practices, including vulnerability assessment, threat detection, incident response, and implementing security controls.</li><li>Mobile Devices: Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), along with basic problem solving and configuration skills for smartphones and tablets.</li><li>Remote Support: Ability to provide remote assistance using remote desktop tools or other support software.</li><li>Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and handling cloud resources.</li></ul>Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in IT project participation, including planning, execution, and documentation.</div>Please note: If you require any reasonable accommodation or adjustments throughout the application process, please let us know.
