As part of our IC Design team, you will be responsible for working together with both internal and external stakeholders and the coordination of the chip design process. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Role and responsibilities:</b></div><div><span>- You will lead the technical side of developing a mixed signal IC</span></div><div><span>- You will define and design the top level of the IC, specifying the digital/analog and liaising and controlling the sub system designers, including external partners. </span></div><div><span>- You will be responsible for top level simulations using tools such as Cadence MMSIM </span></div><div><span>- You will be responsible for the pad ring, ESD, and general integration of the top level, co-ordinating the layout and driving the tape out process.</span></div><div><span>- Your focus will be on product engineering and manufacturability.</span></div><div><span>- You will report to the VP IC Design.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Qualifications </b></div><div><span>- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering, or proven experience.</span></div><div><span>- You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. </span></div><div><span>- You have a mixed-signal background with a thorough knowledge of analog circuits and an understanding of digital ones. </span></div><div><span>- You will be capable of defining the Chip architecture, liaising with Marketing, customers and internal teams to address the chip requirements. </span></div><div><span>- You’re familiar with semiconductor testing. You’re able to plan and execute according to tight schedules: you thrive in a fast-paced start-up context.  </span></div><div><span>- You’re a team player with good communication and coordination skills. </span></div><div><span>- Excellent written and spoken English.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>What we offer you</b></div><div><span>- A competitive compensation package tailored to your experience, knowledge and impact.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>- An environment where you will work at the cutting edge, alongside pioneers in chip design, compute, diffractive optics, physics and semiconductors, backed by seasoned leaders and engineers with decades of industry experience.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>- An informal and vibrant company culture built on authenticity, mutual trust, openness, purpose, and creativity.
