<div><strong>Location</strong>: Kenya<br /><br /></div><div><strong>About the role:<br /></strong>The Inverter sales representative will be driving solar Inverter sales and managing a network of commission-based agents within a defined Region. This role includes identifying and participating in exhibitions, recruiting, training, and helping agents, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong sales and repayment performance. Success requires strong field execution, deep local market insight, and the ability to translate strategy into tangible, on-the-ground results in a fast-paced, device financing landscape.</div> <h2> What you would be expected to do: </h2> <div><strong>Agent Acquisition &amp; Development</strong></div><ul><li>Recruit, train, and certify inverter selling agents from the existing internal pool of solar selling agents and also from external experienced inverter technicians/salespeople.</li><li>Maintain the required base of inverter agents based on quarterly goals.</li></ul><div><strong>Sales &amp; Productivity</strong></div><ul><li>Meet daily, weekly, and monthly set unit inverter sales goals.</li><li>Maintain an average monthly agent sales productivity.</li><li>Drive sales activations through agents in markets through organised activities.</li></ul><div><strong>Portfolio Collection Performance</strong></div><ul><li>Drive better inverter repayments through thorough agent training on collections  and help them in the field to improve repayment performance.</li><li>Help track First Payment Default (FPD) and AT Risk accounts and assist agents on resolution</li><li>Oversee inverter account repossessions.</li></ul><div><strong>Marketing Campaigns</strong></div><ul><li>Digital Media Campaigns—Develop social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.</li><li>Develop targeted marketing activation campaigns in high-traffic locations, including malls , gated communities, local chamas, saccos, churches, etc.</li></ul><div><strong>Customer Service</strong></div><ul><li>Develop a client feedback and resolution dashboard to track customer issues and improve satisfaction.</li><li>Work with the After Sales Team on warranty and after-sales service</li></ul><div><strong>Agent Engagement</strong></div><ul><li>Attend the table meeting to keep drive inverter sales awareness.</li><li>Daily agent visits with defined route plans.</li><li>Ensure agents have sufficient inverter inventory  at shop level while enforcing inventory policy compliance.</li><li>Ensure agents are properly branded per guidelines.</li></ul> <h2> What we offer (in addition to compensation and statutory benefits): </h2> <ul><li>A platform for professional growth in a rapidly expanding, high-impact sector.</li><li>Immerse in a collaborative culture, energized by employees of Sun King who are collectively motivated by fostering a transformative, sustainable venture.</li><li>A genuinely global environment: Engage and learn alongside a diverse group from varied geographies and backgrounds.</li><li>Tailored learning pathways through the Sun King Center for Leadership to elevate your leadership and managerial capabilities.</li></ul><div><br /></div>
