We are looking for a strong generalist who is comfortable across all parts of the stack, ranging from infra, backend to being able to quickly pick up new technologies and frameworks. In this role you will:<ul><li>Build and maintain an optimized, distributed proving cluster for SP1, our SOTA zkVM</li><li>Work on general backend systems, including indexing, relaying, monitoring and more for our prover network</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience building software systems, with high-quality and well-documented production code</li><li>A demonstrated track record of high agency, willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a team-first attitude</li><li>Passion for crypto and zero-knowledge technology</li><li>Operate with high agency and an ownership mindset </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul><h2>Nice to have</h2><ul><li>Familiarity with optimized systems programming</li><li>Expertise building with Rust in production</li></ul><h2>Location</h2>Everyone on our team is located in San Francisco and works together in-person. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who enjoys in-person work and is already in San Francisco or willing to relocate (we can cover relocation costs).
