What Youll Do: <ul> <li>Sales Partnership:</li> <ul> <li>Partner with our Federal sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to customers, tailored for unique use cases and environments.</li> <li>Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations.</li> </ul> <li>Technical Expertise:</li> <ul> <li>Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.</li> <li>Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.</li> <li>Deep understanding of identity protection, zero-trust, threat intelligence, account takeover prevention, and malware recovery.</li> </ul> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Professional Experience:</li> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales. (10+ years Preferred)</li> <li>Must have a strong network of US Federal and Federal Channel Technical Contacts.</li> <li>Experience with link analysis tools preferred (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir).</li> </ul> <li>Technical Skills:</li> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud-based security solutions, APIs, SIEMs (Splunk, Elastic, etc.), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is preferred.</li> </ul> <li>Proposal &amp; RFP Support: </li> <ul> <li>Contribute to technical sections of proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with accurate, compelling content that aligns with Federal requirements.</li> </ul> <li>Partner Enablement: </li> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Federal Channel Partners, including resellers, distributors, and Systems Integrators (SIs), to support joint sales opportunities, training, and go-to-market activities.</li> </ul> <li>Solution Architecture: </li> <ul> <li>Guide Federal customers in the technical integration of SpyCloud’s solutions, including API workflows, data ingestion, and compliance alignment.</li> </ul> <li>Customer Advocacy: </li> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to help customers derive maximum value from SpyCloud’s platform and stay ahead of evolving identity threats.</li> </ul> <li>Product Feedback Loop: </li> <ul> <li>Relay field intelligence and Federal-specific product feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.</li> </ul> <li>Soft Skills:</li> <ul> <li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
