This position will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close processes, and financial reporting. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, and various general ledger tasks. The ideal candidate will bring an analytical mindset and a commitment to process improvement, accuracy, and efficiency within our accounting processes. What you’ll be doing:  <ul> <li>Collaborate with accounting and finance team support general ledger activities </li> <li>Prepare monthly close journal entries and accrual entries</li> <li>Support accounting team with the month end close process</li> <li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and additional balance sheet reconciliations as needed </li> <li>Improve systems and procedures through documentation and process improvement</li> <li>Contribute to the team’s development of accounting processes and implementation of best practice accounting practices</li> <li>Support payroll reconciliations and posting entries</li> <li>Support in the annual financial statement audit </li> </ul> What we expect from you:  <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li> <li>1-2 years of Accounting experience required</li> <li>NetSuite platform experience required</li> <li>Demonstrable understanding of financial accounting</li> <li>​​Team player and adaptable to change </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li> <li>Excellent time management skills</li> <li>Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail</li> </ul> What success looks like in this role: <ul> <li>Month-End Close Accuracy and Timeliness</li> <li>Balance Sheet Reconciliation Accuracy</li> <li>Clean Audit Opinion </li> <li>Identify areas of efficiency and improvement for the team to be able to automate and scale overall solutions</li> </ul> The target base salary range for this position is $59,200 - $74,00, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
