You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish. 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707 </section> <section> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare and enter monthly journal entries</li> <li>Support month-end closing process and preparation of company financial statements</li> <li>Support in maintaining and updating company’s financial records, including general ledger, fixed asset management, amortization schedules, and Capex/CIP reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP</li> <li>Assist with monthly reconciliation of AR and AP subledgers to the General Ledger</li> <li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliations</li> <li>Ensure adequate financial and internal controls</li> <li>Perform financial analyses and special projects as requested</li> <li>Provide financial data to shareholders as requested</li> <li>Collaborate in process improvement initiatives, including formalization of control procedures for selected cycles</li> <li>Collaborate in special integration projects as needed</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of prior accounting experience</li> <li>Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be a team player</li> </ul> Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
