In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our lending programs by leveraging data, building models, and presenting insights that directly influence business strategy. At Splash, you’ll have the chance to grow alongside a collaborative, fully remote team that values curiosity, innovation, and a data-first mindset.<br /><br /></p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.</li> <li>Develop clean, efficient Python code to support data analysis, automation, and modeling.</li> <li>Conduct robust quantitative analyses to identify risks and opportunities, helping us exceed credit performance expectations while supporting growth.</li> <li>Present insights and recommendations to the Credit Committee and lending partners with clarity and impact.</li> <li>Contribute to our collaborative, fully remote culture by sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practice.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A strong quantitative mindset—naturally curious and confident working with large datasets.</li> <li>Creativity and a willingness to challenge assumptions with fresh perspectives.</li> <li>1–2 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data queries and A/B testing analysis (required).
