Backed by top-tier investors and driven by a team of passionate builders, we’re committed to delivering real value to our customers—and we take pride in the impact we make together.</blockquote><h3>Whats The Job?</h3>We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI/ML to lead our AI product strategy and execution—defining how Spectro Cloud delivers real-world value through intelligent platform capabilities, while establishing Palette as the infrastructure of choice for running enterprise-grade AI/ML workloads. You’ll empower customers to deploy, scale, and operate AI-ready Kubernetes environments with confidence and speed. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our AI direction from a strong foundation of customer demand, technical experimentation, and early investments. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive meaningful AI use cases across the platform—blending deep technical understanding with a user-centric mindset. You’ll join a tight-knit, driven team of product and engineering leaders shaping the future of Spectro Cloud. What you will do:<ul><li>Define and own the end-to-end AI product strategy, aligned with Spectro Cloud’s platform vision and enterprise customer needs.</li><li>Deliver AI-enhanced capabilities such as autonomous operations, predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, and LLM-powered interfaces across the platform.</li><li>Enable customers to deploy GPU-enabled clusters, ML pipelines, and scalable AI workloads on Kubernetes.</li><li>Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements that drive real customer value and adoption.</li><li>Partner with engineering, UX, and field teams to deliver features end-to-end—from ideation to release and enablement.</li><li>Define and track success metrics for AI-driven features and platform adoption in AI/ML workloads.</li><li>Stay ahead of AI/ML trends (e.g., LLMs, MLOps, edge AI) and shape our roadmap with a future-ready perspective.</li></ul>📍 Location: This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in San Jose, California.Salary range: $200,000-$275,000 OTE (DOE).<h3>About You</h3>You LOVE technology because you’re curious, and you thrive building amazing products that are a joy to use, even with complex technologies such as Kubernetes.You will thrive in this role if you have: <ul> <li>A background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of product management experience, with ideally 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML.</li><li>Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, including CNIs, CSIs, and container orchestration.</li><li>Experience working with ML workflows, model lifecycle management, or MLOps tooling.</li><li>Ability to connect technical depth with customer outcomes, balancing feasibility, scalability, and usability.</li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills—comfortable engaging both engineering and enterprise customers.</li><li>A bias toward execution, iteration, and continuous learning.</li><li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Comfort stepping in and covering for others when needed.</li></ul>We don’t expect candidates to check every box—but if you’re excited about shaping the future of AI/ML infrastructure on Kubernetes, we’d love to hear from you! <h3>The Hiring Process</h3>Your time is valuable, so we want to ensure we respect it and the effort you put into the hiring process.
