This role will drive strategy, execution, and delivery of AI features that reshape how legal professionals work.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and specifications for AI-driven features and enhancements.</li><li>Lead planning and communication of product functionality, user experience, and customer impact—ensuring AI capabilities are intuitive, trusted, and valuable.</li><li>Act as a <b>Product Evangelist</b>, championing Filevine’s AI-first vision across teams and to our customers.</li><li>Translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements, rules, flows, and use cases—especially where AI-driven automation or insights are involved.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build usable, high-quality AI experiences and working solutions.</li><li>Analyze data, customer research, and feedback to identify opportunities where AI can reduce friction, unlock insights, and improve outcomes.</li><li>Break down work into incremental user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and coordinate with engineering to ensure smooth delivery.</li><li>Anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize backlog in alignment with both business goals and long-term AI product direction.</li><li>Partner closely with other Product Managers and Team Leads to execute against the AI roadmap and broader platform strategy.</li><li>Conduct acceptance testing in partnership with QA, engineers, and customers—validating both functional and ethical dimensions of AI features.</li><li>Drive zero-to-one product launches, contributing to Filevine’s go-to-market strategy for AI-powered tools.</li><li>Mentor Associate and mid-level Product Managers in AI product process, data-driven decision making, and product leadership.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>5+ years</b> of product management experience in SaaS, with <b>AI product experience strongly preferred</b> (ML-powered products, NLP, automation, workflow intelligence).</li><li>Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on shipping AI/ML features responsibly and at scale.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a <b>data-driven mindset</b>, with the ability to measure AI outcomes (accuracy, efficiency, adoption, trust).</li><li>Ability to balance innovation with business outcomes, adapting quickly to changing priorities while keeping long-term vision in focus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to translate AI concepts into clear business value.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks, with an emphasis on experimentation and iteration.</li><li>A passion for driving efficiency, quality, and measurable value for customers through AI.</li><li><b>Preferred:</b> Experience in Legal Tech or related verticals, or deep familiarity with compliance-heavy industries.</li><li>B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent certifications or direct work experience considered.</li></ul><div><i>Compensation Information: $150,000 - $175,000</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees.
