Youll work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR to ensure that our incentive plans are aligned with company goals, motivating to our sales team, and grounded in data. </div><div>This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how smart compensation design can influence sales performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment. </div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li><b>Plan Support &amp; Execution</b> </li><li>Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans. </li><li>Support the quota-setting process by analyzing historical data, territory and/or product performance, and sales capacity. </li><li>Maintain documentation and communication of sales commission policies and procedures. </li><li><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</b> </li><li>Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on attainmentand plan effectiveness. </li><li><b>Process Improvement &amp; Governance</b> </li><li>Help streamline and document compensation workflows, including plan approvals, changes, and exception processes. </li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration</b> </li><li>Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR teams to collect input and align on compensation strategy. </li><li>Support the compensation team during sales kickoffs, quarterly reviews, and plan rollout communications. </li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. </li><li>3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role—preferably in a SaaS or tech company. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel. </li><li>Experience working with Anaplan and/or sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SalesForce, Xactly) is a plus. </li><li>Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences. </li><li>Curious, resourceful, and eager to grow in a high-growth, data-driven environment. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology (e.g., ARR, ACV, bookings, churn, expansion) preferred.</li></ul><div>In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $71,000 to $119,000.
