This role involves collaboration with Sophos Sales, Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, insurance carriers, brokers, and law firms, with a focus on new logo customers.</span></div><div><br /></div><div>Location: Pacific/Mountain Time Zones - Working remotely</div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Sophos services, supporting the sales organization and driving new customer acquisitions.​</li><li>Provide pre-sales support and scope advisory services engagements through remote and onsite interactions with account teams, partners, and customers.​</li><li>Demonstrate service value through trials, proof of concepts, demonstrations, and enablement activities for partners, resellers, MSPs, and customers, in person and remote.​</li><li>Collaborate with Channel and Marketing teams to position advisory services, participate in public relations/marketing events, and lead generation campaigns.​</li><li>Present current cyber threat landscapes and trends to position services for various security assessments and exercises.​</li><li>Offer light weekend and holiday availability for on-call rotations supporting Digital Forensics and Incident Response services.​</li><li>Consult, architect, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot solutions within customer environments, ensuring technical requirements are met.​</li><li>Conduct research on competitive differentiators and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the Sophos services portfolio.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales support, solutions architecture, consulting, and supporting cybersecurity solutions (e.g., EDR/XDR/DFIR tools, Managed Detection and Response Services).​</li><li>Desired: Experience in Incident Response (IR) and IR Management.​</li><li>Desired: Knowledge or expertise in domains such as Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Business Email Compromise, and Compromise Assessment.​</li><li>Desired: Experience in SecOps, SOC, or as an Analyst.​</li><li>Desired: Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, and legal counsels.​</li><li>Preferred: Experience in Identity Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, and deployment of Firewalls, Network Appliances, API Configurations, and SIEM ingestion.​</li><li>Preferred: Experience in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Physical Security, Social Engineering, Insider Threat, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.</li><li>Ability to apply empathy, build trust, and establish rapport with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, insurance carriers, and legal counsels.​</li><li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.​</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of digital forensics, incident response, endpoint security, networking concepts, and business-critical assets.​</li><li>Understanding of Threat Actor TTPs, malware, threat hunting, and industry-standard security frameworks (e.g., MITRE).​</li><li>Knowledge of the security services industry, including competitors, market needs, and trends.​</li></ul><div>In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $119,000 to $198,100.
