Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at www.sophos.com.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Role Summary</b></div><div>The Sales Engineer supports the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and customer awareness.</div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Support sales team with technical expertise for customers and partners </li><li>Build meaningful relationships with key customer technical decision-makers to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions </li><li>Serve as subject matter expert and technical lead for Sophos technology portfolio and conduct technical virtual and onsite meetings, product demos, and proof of concepts with customers</li><li>Provide support for customer success motions to promote cross- selling and portfolio expansion within current Sophos customer base </li><li>Work with Channel Sales team and partner community to create pipeline through indirect engagements</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>3-5 years in a sales role working with decision makers in large organizations with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.</li><li>Foundational knowledge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services as well as Incident Response offerings.</li><li>Foundational technical cybersecurity understanding including protection methods for Networks, Cloud Workloads, Windows, Linux and Mac OS devices</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills for delivering high quality, engaging product demos.</li><li>Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and clearly articulate competitive advantages, both technical and business level.</li><li>Experience of selling through and with channel partners, and ability to thrive in a team selling environment</li></ul><div>In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $95,900 to $160,300.
