An individual contributor with excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills are needed to succeed.</span></div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Conduct internal/external market analysis including assessment of compensation surveys for EMEA region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed. </li><li>Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.  </li><li>Participate in the process management of global merit and bonus cycles including systems updates/changes, data analysis, training, reporting and support of approval process.  </li><li>Partner with Global Benefits team in the design and management of benefits programs, including benefits administration for EMEA region.</li><li>Deliver training, guidance and promote benefits programs to employees.</li><li>Provide support to HR Business Partners and other teams on compensation and benefits matters. </li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within compensation and benefits programs. </li><li>Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations, identifying and addressing potential compliance risks.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>5+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.</li><li>Strong analytical, project management and process management skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills </li><li>Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL and/or survey management tools a plus. </li><li>A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results. </li><li>Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.</li><li>Relentless  focus on quality and accuracy.</li></ul><div><b>Ready to Join Us?</b></div><div>At Sophos, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives to fuel innovation.
