This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in B2B SaaS renewals, sales operations, and customer success collaboration, while developing skills in CRM tools, analytics, and proactive customer/channel engagement.</span></div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li><br /></li><div><b>Operational Support</b></div><li>Accurately perform data entry and system updates in Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Outreach, JIRA).</li><li>Maintain and improve renewal opportunity hygiene (correct dates, sales stage, forecast category).</li><li>Run and analyze renewal pipeline and usage/performance reports to identify risks and opportunities.</li><div><br /></div><div><b>Renewal Sales Enablement</b></div><li>Assist Renewal Specialists in preparing quotes, validating pricing/discounts, and ensuring partner compliance.</li><li>Track and update renewal forecasts and quarter-end progress.</li><div><br /></div><div><b>Process Improvement &amp; Collaboration</b></div><li>Partner with Renewal leaders, Sales, Customer Success, and      Channel/Distributor teams to identify process gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.</li><li>Document best practices, SOPs, and playbooks to strengthen the renewals operational excellence.</li><div><br /></div><div><b>Analytics &amp; Insights</b></div><li>Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports to highlight churn risk, early renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.</li><li>Learn to interpret key metrics such as Renewal Rate, Gross Retention, Net Retention, and Forecast Accuracy.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn Cybersecurity business models.</li><li>Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and curious about CRM platforms like Salesforce.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving, global team.</li></ul><div><b>Ready to Join Us?</b></div><div>At Sophos, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives to fuel innovation.
