In this hands-on role, you will lead recruitment efforts for sales positions across the organization while mentoring a small team of recruiters and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure hiring success. </div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Recruitment Leadership</b> </li><li>Develop and implement effective go-to-market hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. </li><li>Create executive summaries and presentations on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring progress. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, HR, and other departments to understand and fulfill talent needs. </li><li><b>Team Management &amp; Development</b> </li><li>Coach and mentor team members to develop their recruitment skills and career growth. </li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the recruitment function.</li><li><b>Recruitment Execution</b> </li><li>Source, screen, and evaluate high-quality sales candidates using various recruitment channels. </li><li>Build comprehensive talent pipelines, talent maps and identify, engage and attract passive sales talent. </li><li>Support the implementation of a structured interview processes for sales roles at all levels. </li><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and strategic sales positions.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management</b> </li><li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership. </li><li>Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies. </li><li>Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to enhance employer brand. </li><li>Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent recruitment practices across regions. </li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul><li>7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3-5 years specializing in SaaS sales recruitment  </li><li>Deep understanding of sales roles, competencies, and performance indicators </li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment methods </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels </li><li>Proven ability to build value propositions and attract passive talent </li><li>Experience creating data-driven reports and executive summaries </li><li>Experience recruiting for Cyber Security sales roles preferred</li><li>Global or multi-region recruitment experience preferred</li></ul><div>In the Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $94,000 to $156,000.
