In this high-impact role, you will architect and automate our company-wide financial and KPI reporting systems. Your success will hinge on your technical expertise in </span>IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)<span>, your passion for building automated data solutions, and your ability to partner with business stakeholders to drive visibility and smarter decision-making.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><b>What Youll Do:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Architect &amp; Build:<span> Design, own, and execute end-to-end data workflows, from defining ETL processes and database structures to building scalable, self-service dashboards in Tableau.</span></p></li><li><p>Automate &amp; Optimize:<span> Act as the technical expert for </span>IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)<span>, developing and documenting robust models, hierarchies, and rules to replace manual processes and scale our reporting capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p>Partner &amp; Influence:<span> Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Finance, Engineering, and Product to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive the adoption of new data tools and insights.</span></p></li><li><p>Analyze &amp; Simplify:<span> Tackle complex, unstructured problems and distill huge datasets into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><b>What youll need:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years<span> of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.</span></p></li><li><p>Expert-level proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)<span>, including TM1 Rules, TurboIntegrator scripting, MDX, and cube design for optimized performance.</span></p></li><li><p>Strong experience with SQL<span> and building ETL data flows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability in financial modeling (Excel) and data visualization (Tableau or similar tools).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to manage projects, influence senior partners, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>High EQ, strong problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance); Masters is a plus.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Strongly Preferred</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with </span>Python<span> for automation and data analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with </span>Workday Financials<span> or other large-scale ERP systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of the banking or fintech space.</span></p></li></ul><div><div><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div>The base pay range for this role is listed below.
