This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.  Visa Sponsorship: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.  Your Responsibilities Will Include:<ul><li>Represent Finance business users within the Agile ERP team, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into well-defined business user stories and clear</li><li>“Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC Business Process Leads (BPLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),</li><li>Communities of Practice, and IT Solution Architects/COEs to drive best practices across Finance processes and applications.</li><li>Partner with the Training team and Site Super Users/BPLs/SMEs to develop and implement training plans that enhance application knowledge across the Finance organization.</li><li>Support change management initiatives by helping finance users adapt to new processes and technologies during ERP deployment.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and learning.</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>6+ years of specialized professional experience in analytical or related roles.</li><li>2+ years of experience in product costing and inventory accounting.</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and other core financial applications.</li><li>Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple stakeholder groups.</li><li>Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to execution.</li><li>Proven adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.</li><li>Exposure to transfer pricing and global finance operations.</li><li>3+ years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry.</li><li>Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean rituals.</li></ul>  Requisition ID: 614531Minimum Salary: $82600 Maximum Salary: $156900  The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see <a href="http://www.bscbenefitsconnect.com">www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—</a>will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
