This is a great opportunity for a QA leader to bring their experience, business acumen, and architectural philosophies to the forefront of the day-to-day management of our projects and sprint.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</h2><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of QA/Testing engineers focused on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.</li><li>Define and implement robust test strategies including functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.</li><li>Drive automation initiatives using modern frameworks for web and mobile using tools like Selenium/Appium etc</li><li>Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure scalability and responsiveness using tools like JMeter, K6 etc.</li><li>CI/CD pipelines integration.</li><li>Manage test environments in containerized and cloud-native setups (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).</li><li>Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and collaborate with design and development teams to improve inclusive user experiences.</li><li>Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.</li><li>Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and team capabilities.</li><li>Create career development programs for the team and develop short-term plans to ensure the skills and performance of employees meet current and future needs.</li><li>Collaborate in product lifecycle with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, scrum-masters in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scale globally.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Be part of continuous improvement processes. Be a change leader!</li></ul><h2><strong>Requirements</strong>:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Extensive experience in software QA/Testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience with leading &amp; managing technical teams.</li><li>Strong ability to understand technical product architecture.</li><li>Strong communication, partnership and teamwork skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with test automation for web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Strong experience in performance testing and analysis.</li><li>Experience with performance monitoring &amp; analysis tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.</li><li>Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Teamcity, etc).</li><li>Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and WCAG guidelines.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Experience with Blue/Green or Canary Deployments.</li><li>Great to have experience with application migration from Monolith to Microservices.</li></ul><p>We’re Siemens.
