We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.</div></div><div><div><h2></h2></div><div>What you’ll do As a Programme Test &amp; QA Manager, you will lead and manage testing activities across VodafoneThree’s contact centre platforms, including Cisco UCCE, as well as related delivery programmes. The role ensures robust governance and high-quality outcomes for both customer-facing projects and internal solutions. It combines technical depth with strategic oversight, contributing to product lifecycle management, platform upgrades, and innovation initiatives. It involves detailed test management across complex projects, ensuring that delivered solutions meet defined customer requirements and design specifications. The role also oversees quality gates and sign-off processes and owns the programme-level test strategy and supporting artefacts. Operating within a bespoke and evolving environment, success in this role depends on a proactive mindset that balances structure with flexibility. Continuous shaping the testing function is required to meet the unique demands of the space, while supporting critical national infrastructure customers spanning health, policing and energy non-emergency services. Given the nature and profile of these services, security clearance is mandatory, and certain testing activities must be conducted outside regular working hours. Who you are   <ul><li>Strong understanding of industry-recognised testing standards and methodologies, with proven experience in managing complex test cycles across Cisco contact centre platforms or similar environments.</li><li>Experience designing and executing tests across diverse contact centre architectures, including dynamic IVR call flows, cloud-based integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with contact centre components such as Cisco Voice Portal (CVP), Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) scripting, and SQL based data handling is essential to support end-to-end validation</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Collaborative mindset to cross-functional delivery and continuous improvement</li><li>ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation level or higher) would be desirable </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2></h2></div><div>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?  We know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
