Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Support with digitalization topics, projects, and ad hoc requests as needed to drive organizational performance.</li> <li>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information.</li> <li>Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks.</li> <li>Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy.</li> <li>Support the PC reporting and controlling processes with data-driven insights and planning.</li> <li><a name="_Hlk206598532">Collaborate closely with Sales FIN and Solution Execution to support and drive performance within DI US LCB.</a></li> <li>Leverage Technology with Purpose by strategically using digital tools to enhance financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure the organization is equipped to solve real-world challenges.</li> <li>Maintain a growth mindset in own work, team, and cross-functionally in a dynamic business landscape.</li> <li>Complete ownership and self-starter.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications:<ul> <li>5+ years of corporate experience in financial planning and analysis, or related function.</li> <li>BS/BA degree from an accredited university.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.</li> <li>Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul> <li>Expertise in advanced reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).</li> <li>Full ownership and self-starter mentality.</li> <li>Enthusiastic and fast learner with the ability to break down complex assignments.</li> </ul> About Siemens: We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
