About the Role We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Performance Controlling team at Brightly Software. You’ll play a key role in optimizing data consolidation and financial analysis processes, driving efficiency and accuracy across the board.  Reporting directly to: Head of Performance Controlling, Siemens, Smart Infrastructure, Brightly Software Business Unit. What You’ll Do<ul> <li>Coordinate monthly forecast consolidation processes for Smart Infrastructure, Brightly Software at the global level, engaging with financial partners across multiple countries.</li> <li>Lead SG&amp;A cost center bottoms up forecast.</li> <li>Support the forecast submission process to local company and division global headquarters.</li> <li>Drive complex analysis on business performance, providing reports of comparing actuals with forecast, budget and previous years.</li> <li>Prepare materials for business reviews and budget presentations.</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements, with a focus on automation and digitalization.</li> <li>Work actively on ad hoc reporting and customized analysis, supporting senior management.</li> <li>Prepare monthly journal entries for key accounting adjustments in the P&amp;L and Balance Sheet</li> <li>Support Planful administration (planning and reporting platform), including template design and maintenance</li> <li>Engage in specific initiatives related to business operations and finance excellence</li> </ul> What You BringRequired Qualifications:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in finance or performance controlling.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Experience with data automation tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, Power Query).</li> <li>Proﬁciency with ERPs  (e.g.: SAP, Intacct) and Planning Tools (e.g.: Hyperion, SAC, Planful)</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Effective time management and attention to detail.</li> <li>Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul> Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
