We provide our customers with the most competitive shipping rates, print labels, automated international documents, shipment tracking, facilitate the returns process and more.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>How we’ll <i>deliver</i> success:</b></div><div><span>As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will lead Shippo’s demand generation strategy, driving acquisition and pipeline creation for our mid-market, enterprise and platform segments. You’ll develop multi-channel campaigns, refine lead scoring and nurturing, and deliver measurable impact on revenue.</span></div><div><span>You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, product, and sales to ensure campaigns resonate with target personas and accelerate the buyer journey.</span></div><h3>Shipping &amp; Handling Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and own Shippo’s demand generation strategy and campaign calendar to deliver against growth and pipeline targets.</li><li>Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, ABM, and more)</li><li>Lead lead-scoring and nurturing programs to improve funnel conversion rates.</li><li>Work closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, enablement, and reporting on pipeline attribution. Responsible for the API revenue OKR and for SQL OKR, and owns the outcome all the way to close-won.</li><li>Has deep understanding of the business, the API buyer journey, and demand generation strategies relevant to this audience.</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize website conversion rates to improve business outcomes.</li><li>Manage demand generation budget and allocate spend to maximize ROI.</li><li>Define and set challenging but attainable goals</li><li>Use data to track KPIs, identify insights, and optimize performance.</li><li>Own demand gen tech stack, partnering with RevOps to ensure strong data flow.</li></ul><h3>Do you tick the boxes?</h3><ul><li>Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue.</li><li>Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies.</li><li>Experience working with APIs, logistics software or technical products is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of ABM, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to improve results</li><li>Ability to prioritize and efficiently communicate marketing goals and results to diverse audiences including your team, executive leadership, and the company as a whole. </li><li>7+ years of experience working in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li></ul><h3>Whats in the Shippo Package?</h3><ul><li>Healthcare coverage for medical, dental, and vision (90% covered by the company, incl. dependents). The standard base pay range for this role is min is $141k to a max $192k annual salary. We tend to anchor our pay in the middle of this range ($166k). Since we are focused on hiring Shippos Everywhere, we have 2 US pay ranges, a standard compensation range for the majority of the US and a standard +1 compensation range for those who live in areas where the cost of labor is higher, such as NYC and California.</div><div>The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: financial budgets, work experience, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market value. The base pay salary ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
