You’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and content to drive growth in both sales-touched and self-serve revenue.</div><h3>On a typical day, you might:</h3><ul><li>Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the entire buyers journey. </li><li>Develop new lead acquisition channels while partnering with lifecycle and sales teams to create and optimize conversion paths. </li><li>Collaborate across product marketing, lifecycle marketing, events, and sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless buying journey. </li><li>Create targeted demand generation campaigns for the U.S. market alongside scalable digital initiatives. </li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs across existing and new activities to identify opportunities for additional investment or strategic reallocation. </li><li>Execute with a hands-on approach, working across internal teams and external vendors to accelerate demand generation initiatives. </li></ul><h3>The ideal candidate will bring:</h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related marketing roles. </li><li>A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable results. </li><li>Experience with both sales-led and product-led growth motions. </li><li>A “get it shipped” attitude that lets you work across teams to put new, cross-functional activities into the market while emphasizing business impact. </li><li>Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics, ZoomInfo, and ActiveCampaign.</li></ul><div><b>About ActiveCampaign:</b></div><div>ActiveCampaign is an AI-first, end-to-end marketing platform for people at the heart of the action.
