As a Sr. Pro Product Specialist focusing on Conduit Tech, youll join the Pro Product Excellence team and play a vital role in Conduit Tech’s growth and mission to enable all HVAC Pros to design, sell, and install energy-efficient systems. Conduit Tech was recently acquired by ServiceTitan, the leading software platform in the service industry. This position involves onboarding and training new clients, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies, and ensuring both company revenue and customer success through effective timeline management, event coordination, and comprehensive training. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in a start-up environment, a passion for technology and customer success.What youll do:<ul><li>Become an expert in ServiceTitan Pro Products, specifically Conduit Tech - a LiDAR-powered HVAC sales and design platform.</li><li>Guide clients through the implementation, configuration, and training of Conduit.</li><li>Manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders and departments, ensuring clients launch within agreed timeframes.</li><li>Partner with ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers to manage a book of business focused on driving Pro Product success, retention, and ROI.</li><li>Analyze Conduit adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights, custom solutions, and potential risks.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend optimal settings based on industry best practices.</li><li>Engage actively in a feedback loop with Conduit’s product teams to effectively translate customer experience and quality of life needs.</li><li>Iterate frequently on processes in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and opportunity for impact. </li></ul>What youll bring:<ul><li>Experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts with a proven track record of success, OR 1+ years experience in the home services industry.</li><li>A BA/BS degree is preferred.</li><li>A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated leadership, motivation, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Experience working in a start-up environment - 1+ years in a Pre-seed through Series B environment.</li><li>Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently, using data-driven decision-making to prioritize.</li><li>Ability to efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.</li><li>A team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude when working through ambiguity.</li><li>An intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.</li></ul>Why youll love this role:You will be at the forefront of empowering clients to succeed with Conduit Tech from day one. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $77,600 USD - $103,800 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
