You will become an important member of the Pro Product Excellence team, influencing the companys continued success, and helping shape the future of the service industry. You will actively manage and develop a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies, playing a key role in ensuring company revenue and customer success, with a specific focus on Dispatch Pro.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Manage a book of business in partnership with core ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers, focused on driving Dispatch Pro success, retention, and return on investment. You will be responsible for onboarding new subscribers to Dispatch Pro, ensuring healthy adoption and ongoing success motions in close collaboration with their CSM.</li><li>Analyze product adoption data and account trends related to Dispatch Pro to identify actionable insights, customized solutions, and potential risks.</li><li>Evolve and diversify your Dispatch Pro knowledge enabling your ability to handle a variety of customer questions and assess product fit.</li><li>Cultivate a strong partnership with the Customer Success and Pro Account Management teams, providing updates on onboarding status, Dispatch Pro utilization, and opportunities across tenants</li><li>Drive an amazing ongoing customer experience through optimization discussions, specialized support for Dispatch Pro, and demonstrating extreme ownership over customer outcomes.</li><li>Create a high-trust environment that fosters positive customer sentiment for referrals, social connection, and future adoption of Dispatch Pro.</li><li>Participate and engage in an active feedback loop with Product, ensuring customer experience and quality of life needs for Dispatch Pro are translated effectively.</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts with a proven track record of success OR 1+ years experience in the home services industry as a GM, Ops Manager, or similar role</li><li>BA/BS degree preferred</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and maintain high attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time using data-driven decision-making to identify level of priority</li><li>Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to work through temporary ambiguity with a positive attitude</li><li>Intermediate level understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models</li></ul>Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
