We need to understand what parts of our product are making our customers successful and what parts need more work. As part of a realistic GenAI-first agenda, we need you to chart an analytics strategy that blends AI-driven self service with excellence in partnering with our business partners and a proactive, forward looking contribution to our product strategy. What Youll Do:<ul><li>Manage a quickly growing team of 19, including multiple people managers</li><li>As a leader, you will work with C-Suite/VP level stakeholders to set roadmaps for your team and influence the company’s product roadmap and overall strategy</li><li>As a manager/doer, you will be responsible for reviewing key deliverables to ensure quality and doing ad-hoc analyses when they are particularly complex and important</li><li>Creatively answer questions nobody is asking but that help us improve how we run our business</li><li>Create KPIs that measure the health of our product and its impact on our customers</li><li>Assist the sales and marketing teams in creating product impact claims for major deals</li><li>Mentor and grow your teammates to deliver strong deliverables across the business</li><li>Set a technical strategy for your team that uses the latest technologies while appropriately balancing immediate execution with long term vision</li><li>Work with our data engineering team to help create data marts that allow for self service and accelerate our speed to value over time </li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>Must have experience leading people managers in product analytics functions of at least 15 people for 3+ years </li><li>Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment; Ability to prioritize projects based on ROI and timing in the presence of ambiguity </li><li>Demonstrated ability to set a strategy that makes the sum of the team greater than its individual parts; Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with</li><li>Proven ability to set a strategy to scale data marts in a product that is evolving quickly </li><li>Experience rolling out GenAI-focused analytics tools to enable self service for simple questions</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ product managers/engineering leadership</li><li>Proven track record of growing leaders within their team, giving autonomy to high performing leaders, and maintaining a high bar for performance</li><li>Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field</li><li>Tableau expertise</li><li>SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)</li><li>Experience using clickstream data to make key product decisions</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with FullStory</li><li>Experience in python (data manipulation)</li><li>Experience with anti-fraud efforts within a SaaS product</li></ul>Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $221,400 USD - $296,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
