They design and maintain scalable network solutions across datacentres and cloud environments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity, continuous learning, and technical excellence. What you get to do in this role: Orchestration and Automation:<ul><li>Design and code new automations and on-platform optimizations</li><li>Develop and maintain network automation pipelines using tools like Ansible, Go, Python, Bash, Terraform, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with platform teams to build, update, and enhance flow designer orchestration to maintain a unified platform for all network deployments globally.</li></ul>Network Engineering:<ul><li>Actively participate in the cloud networking team, handling all proactive aspects of network deployment and orchestration.</li><li>Drive the delivery of business-critical public cloud infrastructure worldwide.</li><li>Ensure network capacity meets established business and technical requirements.</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot systems to quickly identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Manage network augmentation as the organization grows.</li><li>Take a leadership role in root cause analysis and resolution of network issues.</li><li>Participate in a rotating “on call” schedule with other team members.</li></ul>Systems and Platform Development:<ul><li>Provide feedback and partnership to infrastructure architects on design improvements and contribute to the design process for new initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in network engineering, focusing on internet and datacenter operations, and 4+ years of experience in network automation.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of scripting and coding in Java, Python, and Go.</li><li>Experience with network automation languages and tools such as Ansible, Netmiko, Python, Go, and Terraform.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solid understanding and hands-on experience with key network technologies</li><li>Proficiency with Junipers Junos, Cisco IOS, Cumulus (Linux), and Rest API.</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as code principles.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kentik, and Thousand Eyes.</li><li>Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIA are a plus.</li></ul> Desired Skills:<ul><li>Comfortable working in agile and fast-paced environments.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Developer-level experience with the ServiceNow Platform.</li></ul>  <h3>Additional Information</h3>Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
