We believe that the best way to solve complicated dynamic problems is collaboratively and respectfully.This role supports end-to-end market launches, driving cross-team coordination, vendor and logistics management, and clear communication with local on-the-ground teams. The role also maintains documentation and project management tools to ensure alignment. Responsibilities span pre-launch planning through post-launch neighborhood expansion, helping ensure launches are executed smoothly and efficiently.<h3></h3>Responsibilities <ul><li>Support end-to-end market launch planning, including site readiness, equipment tracking, and coordination with the facilities team, contractors, and vendors.</li><li>Manage logistics for robot deliveries, warehouse materials, furniture, and IT/charging setups for new depots.</li><li>Coordinate onsite activities during pre-launch (e.g. vendor scheduling, equipment deliveries, inventory checks, robot arrival timing).</li><li>Track and maintain documentation for permits, utility installations, lease agreements, and local compliance items.</li><li>Own pre-launch checklists in collaboration with Expansion, IT, and Field Ops teams.</li><li>Ensure vendors and contractors meet deadlines and quality expectations.</li><li>Travel to launch markets to support launch-week operations (approx. 25% travel).</li><li>Support ongoing expansion of neighborhoods post-launch (e.g. mapping, scouting, merchant outreach assistance).</li><li>Help update and maintain internal project management tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Google Sheets).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years in operations, logistics, field support, or project coordination—ideally in mobility, AV, warehouse, robotics, or last-mile delivery.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. You enjoy organizing documents and Google Drive, compiling information, and sharing information with cross-functional partners</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Experience working with vendors and managing site-level logistics (e.g., furniture delivery, power installs, IT setup support).</li><li>Clear and proactive communicator—both written and verbal.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or Airtable is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel and be hands-on during launch windows.</li></ul>What Makes You Standout<ul><li>Experience working at a startup or fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
