You will work cross-functionally to understand key business drivers, translate strategic initiatives into financial targets, and enhance our overall financial planning processes in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.</p> <p><strong>What will you do? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for P&amp;L and Cash Flow analysis </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the continued build-out, development, and improvement of KPI metric reporting and Adaptive dashboards. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in consolidation of company-wide forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment across various departments and business units. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on actual performance, market trends, and changing business dynamics. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on financial results, highlighting key trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the Board of Directors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills and knowledge should you bring?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
