Our software and services help companies ensure that they hire the right people and match their talent to the highest-impact roles to drive business success.    <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> A strategic, metrics-driven demand generation leader to own marketing pipeline performance for SeekOut Recruit (SaaS) and SeekOut Spot (AI agent). You’ll drive MQL, SAL, and SQL targets through integrated, multi-channel campaigns and enterprise ABM. <hr /> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Own full-funnel pipeline metrics, forecasting, and reporting</li> <li>Lead integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, events, and ABM</li> <li>Manage platforms: Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and intent data tools</li> <li>Develop enterprise ABM strategies targeting CHRO, VP TA, CFO personas</li> <li>Align closely with SDRs and AEs—enable outreach, provide targeting, review pipeline weekly</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Web, Customer Success, and RevOps</li> <li>Build attribution models, A/B testing frameworks, and optimize lead scoring/routing</li> <li>Use insights, intent data, and ROI to inform strategy and budget allocation</li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>What You’ll Own</h3> <ul> <li>Pipeline performance and forecasting</li> <li>Multi-channel campaign strategy</li> <li>Enterprise ABM program</li> <li>Budget allocation and ROI optimization</li> <li>SDR enablement and alignment</li> <li>Lead scoring and marketing automation workflows</li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>What You’ll Bring</h3> <ul> <li>7+ years in B2B demand gen with proven pipeline impact</li> <li>Expertise in enterprise ABM and integrated campaigns</li> <li>Experience across paid, organic, event, and direct channels</li> <li>SaaS + services marketing experience, ideally in AI/ML or HR Tech</li> <li>Technical fluency with marketing automation, Salesforce, attribution tools</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and intent platforms</li> <li>Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills</li> </ul> <h3>Our Commitment to Pay Fairness: </h3> At SeekOut, pay equity is at the heart of our compensation philosophy and approach.
