In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that enables internal teams, customers, and partners to effectively understand and use MAX. Youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to develop user guides, release notes, technical FAQs, and process documentation. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for MAX, including product guides, onboarding materials, runbooks, release notes, knowledge base articles, and internal SOPs.</li> <li>Translate complex cybersecurity concepts and managed service workflows into easy-to-understand content tailored to different audiences (technical and non-technical).</li> <li>Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security Operations, and Customer Success to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with product updates.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of training and enablement materials for internal stakeholders and end users.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a consistent tone, structure, and style across all MAX documentation.</li> <li>Proactively identify documentation gaps and continuously improve content based on user feedback and product evolution.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or managed services environment.</li> <li>Batchelors degree</li> <li>Proven ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, SOC operations, or security tooling preferred.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence, GitHub, Notion, or similar tools.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience documenting APIs, integrations, or product architectures.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.</li> <li>Background in journalism, English, technical communication, or a related field.</li> </ul> Benefits: Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more! The estimated total compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
