You’re a consultative seller who thrives on engaging in both technical and business-level discussions with key stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level executives. If you’re passionate about selling innovative security and compliance solutions and want to be part of a winning sales culture, we’d love to hear from you.</span></div><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependent(s)</li><li>Flexible PTO</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid family leave</li><li>Ground floor opportunity as an early member of the team</li></ul><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for Mid-Market accounts ($20K–$100K+ ARR)</li><li>Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting plans to target Mid-Market organizations, leveraging a mix of cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach</li><li>Conduct tailored product demos and guide prospects through security &amp; compliance requirements to drive value-based conversations</li><li>Multi-thread within Mid-Market accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders (VPs, C-suite, IT, and Security teams) to align solutions with business needs</li><li>Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression within Salesforce (SFDC)</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the buyer journey and drive revenue growth</li><li>Provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies</li></ul><h3>Who we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, preferably in Mid-Market sales</li><li>Proven ability to close mid-sized deals ($20K-$100K+ ARR) with 3-6 month sales cycles</li><li>Experience selling into IT, Security, Compliance, and Finance teams within Mid-Market companies</li><li>Track record of exceeding quota in a competitive, consultative sales environment</li><li>Experience effectively managing a pipeline and forecasting revenue within Salesforce (SFDC)</li><li>Ability to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers</li><li>Strong presentation and demo skills to communicate the value of Secureframe’s compliance automation solutions</li><li>Prior experience at a high-growth startup, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills</li></ul><h3>Nice to haves</h3><ul><li>Prior experience with security technology</li><li>Technical background, ideally as a sales engineer or a technical educational program</li></ul><div><i>Secureframe is an equal opportunity employer.
