The position will also manage internal relationships and various processes to ensure the candidate journey to becoming an employee maximizes candidate experience.<br />  </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managers, specifically for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to build a robust pipeline of university talent.</li><li>Plan and execute university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.</li><li>Manage and support university relations projects and initiatives.</li><li>Educate and guide hiring managers on best practices for university recruiting, internship programs, and entry-level hiring.</li><li>Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycle</li><li>Support the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managers</li><li>Write attractive job advertisements, and upload into the Applicant Tracking System</li><li>Plan sourcing strategies, and proactively source candidates</li><li>Qualify applicants against the position responsibilities and qualifications, as well as behavioral competencies that best match the position, department, and company</li><li>Coordinate and perform interviews, guiding the candidate through the RRD Interviewing Journey</li><li>Provide managers with expert insight into people, guiding them to make the best-informed decision</li><li>Negotiate offers with managers and candidate, selling candidates on why they should choose RRD as their next career choice</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations</li><li>Build sourced candidate pools, and ensure regular communication is held with candidates in this pool</li><li>Network in and outside of the company to continue to build recruiting and business knowledge</li><li>Work collaboratively with other HR groups to help manage the process</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, with a focus on university recruitment, internships, and entry-level hiring.</li><li>Experience with sourcing candidates using various mediums, including Handshake with a demonstrated ability to attract university talent.</li><li>Demonstrated experience planning and executing career fairs and other university recruitment events.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple university recruitment initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in managing full recruiting life cycle.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Experience utilizing ATS to manage the recruiting process</li><li>Intermediate Boolean search knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of sourcing channels including social media, internet search, database search</li><li>Experienced negotiating in tough situations</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and managers</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, representing RR Donnelley to internal and external parties</li><li>Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing preferred</li><li>Ability to learn local, state and federal employment regulations</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>RRDs current salary range for this role is $60,700 to $105,200 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
