Were rapidly expanding our University and Early Talent Recruiting efforts, and were looking for a passionate and strategic University Programs Recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire the best emerging talent globally. In this role, youll be instrumental in shaping Cloudflares future by cultivating relationships with universities, leading inclusion initiatives, and amplifying our employer brand across relevant early talent programs. Youll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Sales, Product, and other departments to understand their hiring needs and design innovative strategies to bring new talent to Cloudflare. If youre a proactive, creative, and data-driven recruiter with a passion for building impactful university programs, we want to hear from you! <h3>What Youll Do</h3> As a University Programs Recruiter, you will: <ul> <li>Strategize &amp; Partner: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute comprehensive early talent recruitment strategies that align with their hiring goals.</li> <li>Build Campus Presence: Design and implement dynamic campus engagement plans to attract diverse talent for full-time and internship roles across all functions. This includes coordinating career fairs, info sessions, virtual events, on-campus interviews, and fostering strong relationships with university departments, professors, and administrators.</li> <li>Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage high-volume candidate pipelines, guiding students through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful offer negotiation and closing.</li> <li>Enhance Internship Experience: Oversee and optimize our global internship program, ensuring a world-class experience for interns through engaging social activities, insightful talks, and continuous feedback loops.</li> <li>Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with internal stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams.</li> <li>Lead &amp; Execute Events: Take ownership of planning and executing medium to large-scale recruiting events and conferences (e.g., Grace Hopper Conference, AfroTech, etc.) from conception to completion.</li> <li>Strengthen Employer Brand: Research, support, and drive new and ongoing inclusion initiatives and programs to expand our pipeline of talent; this includes organizing office events, meetups, and strategic partnerships. Develop and manage innovative campaigns to enhance Cloudflares employer brand across university campuses and early talent pipeline programs through various tools, platforms, and programs, leveraging digital channels and emerging technologies to tell our story. </li> </ul> <h3>Examples of Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in University Recruiting, Early Talent Acquisition, or a relevant recruiting role.</li> <li>Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including successfully closing high-volume candidate pipelines.</li> <li>Track record of improving and driving new processes or developing new talent programs that significantly support team goals and enhance efficiency.</li> <li>Highly resourceful with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find new and creative solutions to complex challenges.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).</li> <li>Comfortable and effective with public speaking in front of large audiences.</li> <li>Data-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to leverage insights for program improvement.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to tackle open-ended problems and drive them to successful completion, with a strong sense of curiosity to explore new tools and strategies in the evolving digital and AI landscape.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.</li> <li>Experience with social media strategies for building employment brand is a plus.</li> </ul>  <div>What Makes Cloudflare Special?
