Conduct asset level due diligence on buyer/seller portfolio. Execute capital markets transactions, including review of legal documents, completing Know Your Client (KYC), performing company-level due diligence, and preparing committee memos. Present market updates and new ideas to clients, including, but not limited to, capital markets, M&amp;A, and capital raising. Participate in pitches and calls with clients.  Maintain internal logs of precedent transactions, actively follow M&amp;A deals in the space, calculate premiums paid, and calculate valuations. Develop sector-based knowledge to present overviews of current trends, including thorough research on diligence sector trends. Conduct due diligence sessions with companies. Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business by actively monitoring internal processes.  Escalate operational risk loss events, control deﬁciencies, and risks identified to line manager and the relevant risk and control functions. Review work of Analysts in developing financial models and pitch book materials, conducting company research, and analyzing data to help advise current or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective M&amp;A transactions and corporate finance offerings. Train new Analysts and Interns to provide guidance on industrial concepts and financial modeling. </p><p>Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week.</p><p></p><p>#LI-DNI</p><p></p><p>Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $200,000 per year.</p><p></p><p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p><p></p><p>Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. </p><p>Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: </p><p></p><p>* Capital markets; </p><p>* Spreadsheet modeling utilizing Microsoft Excel, including analysis at various prices, discounted cash flow analysis, ability to pay analysis, accretion/dilution, and leveraged buyout   analysis; </p><p>* Managing all aspects of transaction processes, including preparation of pitches, financial analyses, valuations, and marketing materials as well as conducting due diligence, managing   day-to-day communication with client and counter-party; </p><p>* Presenting analyses and deliverables in both internal and external meetings; and, </p><p>* Transactional experience in both buy-side and sell-side mandates with public companies as well as fairness opinion assignments. </p><p>Must have FINRA Series 79. </p><p>Domestic travel required up to 10%; No international travel required.</p><p></p><p>The base salary for this job is $200,000 per year.  This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching
